A wooden disc with a metal collar where the ring passes through. Round rather than rectangular, which suits circular logos and emblems that would sit awkwardly on a bar-shaped fob. The disc format also means no corners to catch and chip, which is the failure point on rectangular wooden fobs carried in a pocket. Engraved on both faces. The grain runs differently on every piece, so a batch will not be identical — natural variation rather than inconsistency, though it is worth saying so before a large order is signed off.
