Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Our MOQ is 10 pieces. Corporate orders scale up to thousands with consistent quality and turnaround.

Question 2

Can I customise the contents and packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every hamper is fully customisable. Choose contents, box style, ribbon colour, and add your company logo on the box, sleeve, or card.

Question 3

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on contents, packaging, quantity, and branding. Submit an enquiry — we send a detailed quote within 24 hours. Volume discounts apply on 50+ pieces.

Question 4

How fast can you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Ahmedabad and nearby cities are quick to dispatch. Rest of India is delivered with care. Bulk orders may need extra lead time — we confirm on quote.

Question 5

Do you ship pan-India?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver to every serviceable Indian pincode. Corporate multi-address dispatches (send hampers to 100 different addresses in one order) are our specialty.

Question 6

Can I add my company logo?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Logo can be foil-embossed on the box, printed on the outer sleeve, added to the ribbon, or on a personalised gold-foil note card.

Question 7

Do you handle payment online?

Accepted Answer

We work on an enquiry-first model — no online checkout. Once we send a quote, payment is handled via bank transfer or GST invoice, whichever suits your process.

Question 8

What if I need a hamper you don't currently list?

Accepted Answer

Tell us your brief on the enquiry form — occasion, audience, budget, brand feel — and we'll design a bespoke hamper. Custom is what we do.
