Grey is the colour companies land on when black feels too severe and navy is already taken by a competitor. The notebook here is a textured grey with a metal plate on the cover, matched to a brushed steel bottle that is left unpainted. A card holder and slim pen complete the tray. Leaving the bottle as bare steel rather than powder-coating it is a deliberate choice — it will not chip, and engraving on raw steel reads more sharply than a laser mark burned through paint. Ordered widely for mid-level employee gifting and as the standard-issue set for new joiners in larger organisations, where hundreds go out at once and a colour that suits everybody matters more than a colour that excites anybody.
