Wood against bare steel. Unlike the all-bamboo set, this one leaves the bottle unfinished, and the contrast between warm veneer and cold brushed metal is the reason to choose it. Bare steel is also the most durable finish in the bottle range — nothing to chip, nothing to fade. Engraving on it is sharp and permanent. If the gift needs to survive five years of being thrown into a bag, this is the bottle to specify. A turned wooden pen completes the tray.
