Teal felt with a tan leather strip. The colour is the entire reason to pick this over the charcoal, and the case for it is stronger than it first appears. Welcome kits arrive in a stack on someone's first day, usually all identical and all black. A coloured sleeve is the item that gets noticed and photographed, and new joiners posting their first-day kit is free recruitment marketing that a charcoal sleeve will never generate. Same construction as the charcoal — 14 to 15 inch fit, twin handles, embroidered or debossed branding. Ordered by companies whose employer brand is part of the point.
