Plain black A5, elastic band, silver pen. There is nothing clever here and that is the specification. When a gifting list crosses about three hundred names, the deciding factor stops being how interesting the gift is and becomes whether anybody will actively dislike it. This pair clears that bar for every recipient from the warehouse floor to the board, which almost nothing else in the catalogue does. The cover is a matte PU that does not attract fingerprints, and the pen writes on the first stroke rather than needing to be scribbled awake. Foil or blind deboss for branding; blind reads more expensive on black.
