Navy with an elastic closure, and a pen in a matching dark barrel. Navy is the safest colour in corporate gifting after black, and unlike black it does not vanish in a photograph. The elastic loops vertically and doubles as the pen holder. Small detail, but it is the reason navy elastic notebooks outsell the plain-cover version roughly two to one in this range. Buy this one when the recipient list is broad and the brief is simply that it should look right. It is not the most interesting set in the catalogue and it is not trying to be.
